On Dec. 17, 2006, I called Legion Global Motorsports to order a dirt bike and an atv for my kids for Christmas. My first question was when I would receive my order, Ryan's reply was 99% chance I would receive them on Dec.22,2006 otherwise no later than Dec.27,2006. Then I placed the order.
I intended to use a debit card but RYAN told me it would be an additional charge of 9% so I gave him personal check information and paid that way. That told me that they would email me a tracking number and I could track my shipment.
I called back daily asking about my tracking number but was given excuses. Of cource I called these people on the 22nd,23rd,24th,26th,27th,and the 28th and finally got a tracking#.My order was shipped on the 27th. The information about the contents of the order were all wrong, not the items I ordered.
I immediately called legion global and told them of my concern. I was told that the weight of the items were adjusted with the trucking company to save them money on shipping and that the dirt bike that I ordered they probably just wrote down pocketbike by mistake.
No mistake, when my shipment arrived on Jan.5,2006, all the contents were completely different and much less in value than what I had ordered. I refused the shipment. I called Legion global again and they don't care. They say they will call me back but will not. They say all this is my problem not theirs.
They have messed with the wrong person this time. They will pay. I am out 1377.94. but when I am finished they will be out alot more. I will post their scamming ways everywhere. I plan to visit Illinois soon. Joyce in Camden SC. you may never get your money back but I promise I will do my best to stop these people. I have been fighting cancer for 2 years and if I can fight cancer I can fight these people.

STILL NO REFUND. I HAVE NO MERCHANDISE AND I'M OUT $1344. I HAVEN'T CALLED THEM LATELY BECAUSE I HAD TO TAKE A BREAK FROM THEM BECAUSE THEIR LIES AND RUDENESS GETS ME TOO UPSET. I DO NOTICE ON THIS SITE THEY HAVE YET TO EVEN FILE A REBUTLE. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT. I DID TALK WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE AND IT SEEMS THAT LEGION GLOBAL IS GETTING THE INCORRECT MERCHANDISE BACK THAT THEY SENT ME. I DO UNDERSTAND THOUGH THAT THE TRUCKING COMPANY WAS TOLD BY LEGION THAT THE MERCHANDISE WAS DAMAGED BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE AND I TOLD THEM NO THAT WASN'T THE REASON THAT IT WAS REFUSED BUT THAT LEGION HAD SENT THE WRONG ITEMS.
