I spent a lot of time comparing atv companys and pricing and Legion Global looked like the best deal. There atvs came with a 6 month no risk warranty and free shipping.I ordered this unit 3 weeks before Christmas and was assurded I would have it way before then.

Needless to say after 2 bogus tracking #,s and numerous calls I had to go pick the unit up an hour from my home to get before 1/2/07. It came wrapped in a big box around a metal crate on a pallet. I get home, get it off the truck, unwrap it and realize this is not even close to what I ordered or paid for.

I contacted Jason @ Legion Global and told him that what they sent was wrong. He asked if I wanted to keep it.I bought it for my daughter and it would be up to her.I also told him if she didn,t like it I would send it back. He said OK.

I asked Jason why they sent me the wrong atv and he stated that the unit I ordered had started coming in from the manufacter smaller than before so they just gave me a comparable sized and priced atv. I asked why they didn,t call me and ask me what I wanted to do and he couldn,t give me an answer. Well needless to say my daughter didn'tlike the unit and after about 2 hours of

riding the monoshock broke on the back.

I again contacted Legion Global and stated what had happened and that I would like to go ahead and return the unit.I was asked if I had put gas in the unit and started it.I said yes and then was told i coundn't return it.I then asked for a new shock and Jason

said we will send you one right away. 2 weeks later I called and asked where is the shock and I was told the manufacter hadn't got back with them yet and to please send some pictures of the damaged part.I sent them the pictures and about 3 weeks later I received it.

After about 2 more hours of riding the starter broke.1 month later I received the new starter and installed it.I have spent more time working on this unit than my daughter has riding it.

I have asked for books or pdf files to help me work on this unit and no one will send me anything.I didn't even receive an owners manual, throttle limiter, or one of the remote kill switchs.

I have looked at there disclaimer and it says nothing about if you put gas in it you can't return it.It says no returns but what about when they send you something you didn't order or pay for. It was bad enough that they charged me a bogus 9% premium for putting it on my credit card and now I understand why. They first wanted my checking acct info and I know now that if you pay by check and there is a problem, your bank could do nothing to help you get your money back. But you put it on a

credit card and you might have a chance of getting retrobution.

My daughter weighs a whopping 75lbs and this unit will not stay together. Don't be fooled like I was, stay away from this company. They will absolutely not want to be helpful and resolve disputes.

In closing I have decided not to buy anything off of the internet again.

Well, 2 hours after my report my daughter went for a ride and the new shock broke, 1 of the engine mount bolts broke, the chain came off and destroyed the chain cover. This all happened in 1 lap around my flat, grassy not bumpy, field. I also see they don't seem to have a rebutle to my claim because they know everything I have stated to be true. Capital One should be breathing down there neck about now. Be men and give Capital One the return authurization we have requested. I don't think you guys will be in business much longer and I hope that the proper authorities take you guys to jail and throw away the key! All I see happening is you guys are digging your own graves.
