ATV 110s-2 was purchased 4months ago for a teenage girl, every time she rode the bike something broke or fell off.

Had problems with the chain coming off and then brake callabur is bad.

But, the big issue is the frame actually broke inhalf in two different places in the middle of the bar or rod not in the welds. We took it to a welder and they informed us that the welds or also bad and about to brake.

The company will not replace the bike and told us to go get it welded back together.

There is no way I can put a child on this bike knowing that the structure so poorly put together. It is to dangarous.

The welder wants 500.00 to weld it back together. Keep in mind we have only owned it for a couple months and only put 10 hours of drive time do to the fact it has been out of commission and broke most of time.

I took picture and e-mailed them to Jay he keeps telling me he never got the e-mail and is avoiding our numerous calls.

Canned responses don't mean a thing to your customers!

To Joe, Treating your customers poorly is bad enough. Responding to each of them on this forum with a canned response is just plain rude. You have several individuals reporting on this web site alone, each with a unique problem. They have invested time and money in you, they deserve your individual attention. Your website states that you "strive for the best customer service". Not much effort put forth here if you ask me, it won't take long for consumers to catch on to your lack of repsonse. If I were a business owner, I would at least give my customer the courtesy of addressing their problem. Who knows, you might even regain some credibility among Internet consumers.

We have over 10,000 Customers yearly, if you need parts, service, sales, or any tracking information from our company, We send all parts, units and responses out within a timely matter! We only have eight employees that work at our location, and the only real busy time of the year is Christmas! Sorry for any inconvienience and you will be taken care of if you purhcased from us. Keep in mind that you SHOULD NOT be purchasing an atv from any company if you do not have knowledge of them, or how small engines work. We ship out all parts within 48 hours as long as they are in stock and under warranty. If it is a simple part such as a carb. or a starter we have it in stock. If you as for a whole frame, or an engine when the customer siezed it, that is not under warranty and will not be shipped for free. Bottom Line - We are a great company that has great customer service, and since we have over 10,000 customers per year, we are going to have complaints, even WAL-MART has complaints. We do not rip anyone off, and we do not deserve to be on this website. Thanks, Joe
