IF YOU WOULD READ THE COMPLAINT IT SAID IN THERE THE CRATE WAS SMASHED THATS HOW YOU LOSE STUFF WHEN A CRATE IS SMASHED AND BROKEN OPEN BY THE TRUCK LINE YOU HAD DELIVER IT ALSO IT WAS SENT STANDARD SHIPPING BY YOUR REQUEST I ORDERED THIS ON 12-14-06 NOT 5 DAYS BEFORE X-MAS AND YOU TOLD ME 150.00 EXPRESS SHIPPING TO GET TO MY DOOR BEFORE CHRISTMAS DOES THIS MEAN YOU ARE FINALLY GOING TO GIVE ME BACK MY 150.00 ?ALSO THE TRUCK LINE DID NOT ADMIT FAULT BECAUSE YOUR PAPERWORK FOR THE BILL OF LAIDING DOES NOT STATE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

As stated in the customers complaint, he must have spoken to the shipping company and they had to admitted fault because the customer was given info that it sat in the terminal for 3 days! For what reason??? The shipping company does not even give that info to us here. Other than it being Xmas week, the explanation given to that customer which they are not claiming that they ordered within 5 business days before xmas. Why would you wait that long for a gift for your child? As far as the parts go, if it was never riden or even started how did the parts fall off. The unit is not made to have parts fall off! We apologize that the shipping company dropped the ball on this order. If the disclaimer didn't state that the customer is responsible for the unit once it shipped, we would love to be able track and maintain all 1200 orders that are shipped out every week. Unfortunately this isnt possible for even companies as large as Wal-Mart, or Best Buy.
