bought an atv from legion global. web site states a 250# weight limit after me and my son each rode (this piece of junk) for a WEEK numerous parts fell off and or broke.one front end piece sheared, and caused me and the atv to flip over, causing a trip to the ER.i mailed pictures to legion global, registered mail. chris at legion global told me to ship it back to california for refund. after spending 300$to ship it back,tony ching,AIM-EX claim it is not defective .ive written michigan attorney general,illinois bbb,california bbb and filled small claims so far im getting no where
