First of all, you didn't even explain the problem you are having with our company and therefore we are unable to address any of the issues you seem to be having. We are in no way liars, or any of the other slanderous accusations you have put on us. Second of all, Legion Global does not in any way, make, produce, or have any say in the production of, or even shipping and handling of any of the products that we sell. We are a company that sells wholesale to the public, which means that we purchase all of our products from the manufacturer for the customer, and the manufacturer then ships them out of their warehouse's to our customers. The products do not even come through our offices, unless it is something that we have sold locally to a customer who came into our showroom personally. We stock a limited number of the products that we sell online in our showroom, and therefore very rarely ship anything from our location in Illinois. We do not in any way steal from anyone, nor have we ever. As for your insinuations as to the person or persons who respond to the uncalled for complaints on this website, a name is left. That name is Legion Global. The reason for us only leaving the company name is the fact that we are speaking for the company, not an individual person. We also feel it is incredibly uncalled for, for a person posting as anonymous to ask for individual names of people, who are speaking on behalf of the company they are employed with. Furthermore, the accusations that we are ashamed of our company's actions are 100% false. Our company does every single thing possible to help our customers hold the manufacturer's responsible for late shipping, defective products, and any other possible problems. What these few customers who are having problems seem to fail to understand, is that they are not buying units ready to ride, from a dealer. There is a lot of prep work, and tune up/maintenance work that needs to be done on a unit that is bought wholesale, and drop shipped to a customer. Not to mention the fact, that if there does happen to be a problem with the unit, we don't have the parts in stock in our office. All we are able to do is call the manufacturer, and try to get the parts for the customer who needs them. It is not that we are not trying to help, it is that a large majority of the time, we have to fight the manufacturer's to get things covered under warranty, or to even get a hold of replacement parts, as a lot of the time, parts are not readily available. Bottom line is that you are paying thrift store prices and expecting Mercedes' style merchandise, which is just a completely unrealistic expectation. We have absolutely no problem with doing everything in our power to help a customer if there is a problem, but the customer needs to understand that our power with these units simply does not stretch as far as they would like it to.
