     It had been the end of my lease. I've never had so many issues because I get my payments made and I typically do not have to see the landlords. The issues with dog, others staying in home, I admit to. I had an issue initially because of my daughters dog  and her that was addressed and taken care of in the beginning of lease. I received a fine 25 dollars; that I paid. 

     The reasons I was made over are many,. False accusations, fines, eviction,  intrusions, unannounced visits. I was given  paper work stating a move out date and then entering an earlier day at court. The lies said for the eviction; being a dog and having people other then myself live there. Yes, they did not want to renew lease; that was fine. I wasnt going  to stay. Have in writing till the 20th October. Today they came with cop to "lock" doors when I was told I'd have to set an day for walk thru inspection for move out. Today's the 13. I was moving the owner came he was showed the letter he signed that was sent to me giving till the 20th. I asked was he gonna allow the cleaning to be done. As I had only left to clean carpet.  His response was less then an answer.  He'd already done walk thru. He was asked; what the assessment was. He said rug clean and paint touched up???? What does that mean? Mr.

I have dates on the numerous unannounced visits, the letters for false eviction. I was sent a letter that at the time i did not understand to be an eviction notice. I made several inquiries while at work; eventually was told to write a rebuttal and bring it in before ten days  is up from the receipt of letter. I did that. Upon going to court i was told that i would need to vacant 24 hours and my ketter was no good. My response was seriously. I paid my rent non late; id thought that the dog and who i have to visit me ihad beed addressed. The court told me I would need to make out arrangements with landlord; I said I already had spoke to them and was told they would not be renewing lease. I said fine but I wanted to address the numerous unannaouced visits while I was at work.
 
Appantly I was on speaker phone and the mr Wellons who gave name in call said this is Mr Wellons I'm the owner and I want you out.  I was told i had till the 20th  at this point my lease was up for the year. i said i was not renewing lease but ask why the eviction notice and he repeated i want you out and you will receive letter as such. I said ok but I'm at work and I have to get back to work and said thanks for your time.  Again I'd thought that the dog and my visits where addressed. During this time there had been several visits at my apartment while at work as well as intrusions. It was assessed in letter i was given a fine again. I was reapplied a fine for carpet of 25 dollars where the dog had pulled up by the door. I ask the court why would I be fined for a dog I no longer have and I'd thought was address beit I'd thought that was the purpose of letter only to find that it was an eviction notice. I'd ask in general why would I get an eviction for a place that I'd already mentioned I was not staying.
 
Now, I have a letter they where keeping my 575 deposit as well as charges for replacing the carpet and painting in access and above the 575 dollars but. 1600 dollars plus that's more then 2175 dollars. For what?? Paint and carpet.
