On Sept 12, 2000, I purchased a car from the Auto Club. A 1996 Toyota Camry. Once I brought the car and took it home I noticed a noise ( a suttle thud) as I was turning the wheel. After test driving the car.

I inquired about the noise and inquired when they were going to repair the car. Melvin who was an employee and Mr Bonay who is the owner, assured me that by laW THEY HAVE 30 DAYS to make repairs on these vehicles. It was not bought as is.

After several attempts to contact the Auto Club, I was constantly informed that Service was "Backed UP' This went on for approximately 9 to 10 months. During those 9 to 10 months,Mr Bonay instructed me to take the car to the mechanic and they would fix the car. I took the car to the mechanic and the car was not fixed. I was told "they could not get the part" I was informed it was the motor mount.

After taking the car home and it not being repaired In August 2001, Mr Bonay instructed me to bring the car to the shop and leave it there he would have it fixed after contacting Mr Bonay after the first week , he informed me that the car had not been fixed. Another week passed and I decided to make an "unannounce" visit to the Auto-Club. No only had Mr. Bonay not fixed my car used the car for his own personal use and put and additional 2,000 miles on the car.

Mr. Bonay assured me that he would make the next car payment (Sept) to compensate for using the car. I have not to this day, gotten my car fixed, NO carpayment has been made by Mr Bonay.

At this point I think Mr. Bonay has closed the Auto-Club and opened under another name. The contact number is the only number, which is a cell phone number that I have to contact him. He's also taken money,in excess of 8,000 for cars and never delivered a car nor has this acquaintance of mine gotten his money back.

I purchased a 1998 Toyota Camry in 2000 from the Auto Club. I found the sales people to be very thorough, patient, and integral. More importantly, I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with my vehicle selection. In fact my Camry is still running strong to this day. As a result of my positive experience with the Auto Club, I referred several friends and family members to the dealership. They in turn purchased vehicles and were very pleased with the quality of service and selection they received. After coming across this report from one unhappy customer, I felt compelled to offer my positive experiences with this business. Hope this was helpful.
