I contacted the owner/contractor on 7/8/19 regarding dishwasher appliance repair. he came out and charged me for a motherboard replacement after I told him it was my motor and pump. After 2 no shows he came to fix the motherboard. Upon leaving he left it run, I thought it was ok and paid him the remaining labor balance.
That night I noticed it was not working and was doing the exact same thing. I sent him a text and he promised to come out and check it, to where it was the motor and pump. He stated in person with my husband and I that he would order the new part and fix it at no cost. 3 additional no shows later, no communication via my phone and me sending numerous texts and he will not fix it.
I have advised him I am reporting him to BBB and the county. Sadly, It looks like I am not the only one that has suffered from his lies and fraud.He had been reported to BBB as well and I will be also contacting the State and County. I have all these through text as well.....
