This is a belated complaint regarding goods I purchased from the above website. The goods were purchased around June 2013. The products included a bag and purse totalling around $80 AUD.
Unfortunately I have delted the correspondence emails as no resolution was reached. I recall ordering 2 products and when received one was in the incorrect pattern. I notified the seller who offered a 15% discount, which I thought was grossly inadequate given I have chosen a particular pattern for good reason.
The seller was not going to refund for sending back the wrong good.
The seller also proceeded to say there was the correct item available, but then retracted a day later saying they were out of stock when the webiste clearly stated around 100 were available.
I continued to mediate with the seller with no success. I suggested a refund would be appropriate given I thought that was all I could get. The seller never contacted me to make this arrangement.
After begrudgingly accepting the goods around 1-2 months later the stitching began to fall apart from the straps making it no longer able to be used. The zips remained intact however.
Consequently it ended up in the bin. The wallet had similar issues with the inside stitching coming loose.
Overall I would recommend that noone ever uses this site due to it's unprofessional and lousy online service and crap value of its products.
I am now more aware of 'fakes' and the only reason I went to this website is because LeSportSac has stopped being sold at most stores in Australia.
