Level 3 makes you sign continual contracts for service just to soak you in the end very dishonest 

I informed my Ernie Limo my level 3 contact as to the date and address of my move. Ernie my level 3 contact said he checked the address and reassured me it would not be a problem and to get back to him closer to move time. 3 monthes before the move last minute Ernie came back and said that they couldn’t accommodate the move. I was left without a carrier.

 I have paid my bills to level 3 for 15 years and moved one time. Because we upgraded our equipment I have what’s left of a three year contract. They make you sign contacts for evrything even lowering your rates. Again Ernie Limo will confirm he was given the new address 7 months before the move and told me it would be ok.

Please reconsider the charges. I was told that Allison Greenwood and Anthony compisino could negotiate this charge she told me she could not and was defaulting to the no moves clause. I did everything correct I called level 3 and received approval. 

 not only did they just blow me off they want the years payment upfront.  Account number 307122
