On Sept. 14, 19999 I signed a 5 year contract with Level Propane,gas was 45 cents a gallon until Spring of 2000,at which time, for $49.95 I could lock on to the 45cents a gallon for one more year(Every year after ,the same $49.95 lock on fee). WELL,Its spring of 2000,and I called today (3/31/00) and Guess What? They are not offering the lock on fee at this time. I now have to pay $1.15/Gal. If it sounds to good to be true. IT IS!!!!!
