I paid them a refundable start up fee of $99 on 1/07/2009. I purchased and faxed them the required info (full credit report) that same morning.

I did not hear from them for 3 days. They still did not upload my information and start the process. I called them several times to be put on hold for 25 minutes. Each time I spoke to someone, they assured me they were starting that day.

10 days passed and nothing had been done. I asked for a refund and they said I was only allowed 5 days for a refund. I was told on the phone (when they signed me up) that the refund policy is 15 days.

Now I am out $99 and absolutely NOTHING was done by this company to try and start my credit repair.
