I bought an up walker for my wife and after receiving she felt it was too large to move around in our home. I contacted LibertyMedic about a return. There "customer service" rarely picks up and does not, I repeat, does not return calls.
Finally, I was instructed to return the equipment after my request was approved which I did. They did not provide a shipping label which was my first clud there was something wrong here. The return cost me $123.34 with UPS.
LibertyMedic received the return 12.28 and since that time I have not got my refund. I have called, left messages, and sent emails with no response. Customer Servie does not pick up; it goes to voice mail every time.
Please help
