This company has a lot of wrong things going on. For example, Katie F. (LS22 pilot) falsified her logbook by close to 1,000 hours, in order to meet the companies minimum requirements for the job. Greg said, that this is just for insurance purposes and no one will ever look into it... sketchy. And he just never asked for the logbook in the first place.
He just wanted her to fill out the 135 form for their records and she was good to go. She had an incident in Florida and ran out of fuel with an operator down there, but again, Greg just swings some nice words and totally ignores the facts, that are obviously online easily readable.
