I recently placed an order for amber LED bulbs, then attempted to hold and change the order. Lightlens.com didn't respond to any of the emails, and consequently shipped the items. I wrote to express my amazement at their ignorance for not answering my emails. What I got back was surprising: (anyone else done business with this company?)

Customer made the order error and then omitted his own unprintable email insults.

The customer admits in his own email posted on your web site that the order error was his and not ours. So it is misleading to say that we responded outrageously over "our" error. The error was the customer's not ours and the customer says so on your website. You could at least change the title to "Lightlens.com responds outrageously to customer's outrageous and insulting emails concerning the customer's own admitted ordering error." It is telling that the customer edited the emails and omitted all of his offensive and outrageous email comments which prompted the "outrageous" response from our representative. We've successfully shipped 18,149 orders and you have chosen to publish this one-sided and unfair attack on us consisting solely of emails that have been altered by the complaining customer. The customer dishonestly presented his case in the dubious rationalization of his temper tantrum that was unjustified in the first place. Well there are 2 sides to every story and now you have ours.
