Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

How can a legal professional be so corrupt?  How can the system allow this person to remain in the courts?  The courts actually value this Linda Duggan's opinion. This woman should be held in the upmost respect, but yet she has actually committed more immoral acts than the clients she counsels.  Is this the experience are legal system looks for when referring a child to a counselor?  Is this what are society has come to?  I have so many examples, so many cases, so many lies to prove, but I do believe justice will be served if enough of us start speaking.  She has hurt so many families for personal gains.  How is this helping our children?  These children are suffering because of her.   She is destroying innocent lives.

First of all, a few definitions that Ms. Linda Duggan has obliviously allowed to slip from her vocabulary.

Defamation of Character:
A public official or other plaintiff who has voluntarily assumed a position in the public eye must prove that defamatory statements were made with knowledge that they were false or with reckless disregard of whether they were false.

An affidavit is a formal sworn statement of fact, signed by the author, who is called the affiant or deponent, and witnessed as to the authenticity of the affiant's signature by a taker of oaths, such as a notary public or commissioner of oaths. An affidavit is a type of verified statement or showing, or in other words, it contains a verification, meaning it is under oath or penalty of perjury, and this serves as evidence to its veracity and is required for court proceedings.
Uses of affidavits include:
" To allow evidence to be gathered from witnesses or participants who may not be available to testify in person before the court, or who may otherwise fear for their safety if their true identities are revealed in court.
" To obtain a declaration on a legal document, such as an application for voter registration, that the information provided by the applicant is truthful to the best of the applicant's knowledge. If, after signing such a declaration, the information is found to be deliberately untrue with the intent to deceive, the applicant may face perjury charges.

FRAUD:
In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual. The specific legal definition varies by legal jurisdiction. Fraud is a crime, and is also a civil law violation. Many hoaxes are fraudulent, although those not made for personal gain are not technically frauds

DECEIT:
Deception (also called beguilement, deceit, bluff, or subterfuge) is the act of convincing another to believe information that is not true, or not the whole truth as in certain types of half-truths.

Perjury, also known as forswearing, is the willful act of swearing a false oath or affirmation to tell the truth, whether spoken or in writing, concerning matters material to a judicial proceeding.[1] That is, the matter lied about would affect the outcome of the case
Perjury is considered a serious offense as it can be used to usurp the power of the courts, resulting in miscarriages of justice. In the United States, for example, the general perjury statute under Federal law defines perjury as a felony and provides for a prison sentence of up to five years.
Driving under the influence of alcohol (driving while intoxicated, drunk driving, drinking and driving, drink-driving) or other drugs, is the act of operating a vehicle (including bicycle, boat, airplane, wheelchair, tractor or horse) after consuming alcohol or other drugs. It is a criminal offense in many countries.

Alcoholism is a term with multiple and sometimes conflicting definitions. In common and historic usage, alcoholism refers to any condition that results in the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, despite health problems and negative social consequences

LPC licensure is recognized in 49 states in the United States, as well as the District of Columbia, Guam, and Puerto Rico.[1]The requirements vary from one jurisdiction to the next. Included below is a summary of requirements found in the state of Texas LPC board as an example.[2]
1. A master's degree or doctoral degree in counseling or a related field.
2. Academic course work in each of the following areas: normal human growth and development; abnormal human behavior; appraisal or assessment techniques; counseling theories; counseling methods or techniques (individual and group); research; lifestyle and career development; social, cultural and family issues; and professional orientation.
3. As part of the graduate program, a supervised practicum experience that is primarily counseling in nature. The practicum should be at least 300 clock-hours with at least 100 clock-hours of direct client contact. Academic credit for the practicum must appear on the applicant's transcript.
4. After completion of the graduate degree and before application, an applicant must take and pass the National Counselor Exam and the Texas Jurisprudence Exam. After receiving a temporary LPC license from the board, the applicant may begin the supervised post-graduate counseling experience (internship). 3000 clock-hours with at least 1,500 being direct client contact of internship under the supervision of a board-approved supervisor is required. The 3000 clock-hours may not be completed in a time period of less than 18 months.

Can you please tell me where in the definition of LPC does it say you must obtain at least three DWI's?  Is it a requirement to be deceitful?  I know all of this to be true because I paid the $150 to have her complete background report.  This individuals sworn statements under oath, are what removes children from their families.  She falsifies her statements. She exaggerates her statements. She deliberately lies to influence the decision of the court.  Is this what are legal system sees as a professional?  What happened to morales? What has the legal system come to if they allow these sorts of individuals to continue to uphold a license? Linda Duggan has cut and pasted my very own statements and used them in an affidavit.  She has hurt so many families for self-gratification.  How is this helping our children?  These children are suffering because of her, and I, as a parent, can't sit back and watch. What happen to repairing the family?  Helping children cope with difficult situations not to destroy the one person they believe to be their guardian, their protector, their role model, and nonetheless their parent.

If you have been affected by Ms. Duggan please speak out.  Please file a report with the state.  You can even contact the broadcasting companies.  (Channel 4,5,8 or etc..)

what in the world is any judge doing letting this woman make decisions for parents, children and families? how absurd!
Linda Duggan has received 3 DUI's in Dallas county alone. No telling how many she has  received in other counties or how many times she has gotten away with driving under the intoxication of alcohol while endangering the lives of others. Any judge who uses her should be be removed for that very reason. I agree with this post, it's time to get Linda Duggan out of the counseling industry. she is an immoral convict who has destroyed so many innocent lives.
