Complaint Review: Linda Hood Sigmon - Internet

I did not see your rebuttal until after I added my own.  You seem to share the same sentiments and understand totally what is being done to the unsuspecting fans and even family members who continue to remain unsure of all that is going on.



Linda "Hood" Sigmon is part of the Elvis world plan to expose an alive Elvis.  My plan is to help expose the frauds, of which she and her site are included.  It is sad to see vulnerable fans being duped this way and it is only because of their fervant hopes that Elvis is still alive that they follow such leads.



God Bless you for your insight in seeming to know "the truth" about this situation.   Truth always wins out, now or later.  In the end the truth shall always be told.  Elvis' true family and friends will always be there to debunk and discredit the liars and deceivers, with the hope that Elvis' fans will at some point realize that hopes and wishes do not thrive upon the negative efforts of negative people.



St. Nick, I hope your Christmas was equally as happy and that the new year will finally bring an end to all of the deceipt and anguish via new information which will help to put to rest this case and others like it once and for all.



What has been done to Elvis is a travesty and certainly not what he deserved as a remembrance of his life.

The baloney in the Elvis World has gone on for so long now it can be considered ancient history.  Christmas, 2011, not even 2 days after and we still see the immaterial BS continuing.  Yes; Merry Christmas to all of you "believers" who feel Linda Sigmon knows Elvis Presley and for sure that he is alive.  Good for all of you.  I am so happy that Linda Sigmon has the final say on Elvis' Presley's life, something Elvis would never have given away so easily.  It would appear that Linda Sigmon feels she knows more than even the closest to Elvis knew and may continue to know.  Perhaps Linda, herself, is being duped by someone pretending to be Elvis? Has anyone ever considered that theory?  Whatever the case, it no longer matters to me what she says about Elvis in any form as I have my own reasons as to why I do not believe Linda Sigmon.

Do not tell me about misleading information on my part and that I am unfairly judging Mrs. Sigmon.  Wake up Elvis fans!!  Mrs. Sigmon is a liar and has spread false information about many, including me and my website.  She regularly accuses me of being involved with "associates, " the likes of people who have formerly had run-ins with Mrs. Sigmon.

Read my lips, Mrs. Sigmon and Elvis fans:  I am not associated with anyone in the Elvis World; I do not report on any websites, forums, message boards, etc., other than to defend myself against false and misleading claims against me.  I have a life in the real world and continue on that path, no longer involving myself in this relentless, miserable, immaterial and bogus nonsense.  I do not need a Linda Hood Sigmon to try and prove--or disprove--anything to me.

Finally, just because her website still exists does not mean it has received the approval of EPE or the Presley family, or that Elvis, himself, speaks through her.  For as much as you want to believe Elvis survived 1977, EPE nor members of the Presley family have ever come out and made a statement that Elvis is alive. 

So, why should we believe an unknown as opposed to the people who lived with Elvis and have been given charge of his estate?  The family, as I have been told, will not get involved with any of this for the simple reason that if they go after one, they will go after many, and as we all know, the Elvis alivers are relentless in their Elvis' hunting.  I sympathize with the immediate family and until such time as they report on Elvis will I ever consider any others who prey on the vulnerablity of Elvis' fans. 

Once again, if Elvis was alive and wanted it known, he would not need the services of a spokesperson to convey his messages.

Elvis is alive!  He works at the Circle K on Hatcher Road in Sunnyslope.  I bought a couple of cases of beer from him just last night. 

 Linda Hood Sigmon is not preying on anyone! She just provides informations to back her beliefs and leaves it up to the reader to decide for theirselves. She stands up for herself when she is being attacked on other websites, and does name her attackers to warn her readers of who the offensive ones are with proof of what website has allowed this behavior.

She doesnt ask money of any reader, she does not asks us to give out our personal information to be a member of her site, and I have never read on her website anyone email or home address. Her website is a place to research and analyze the information she has collected over the years.

To me this is a personal attack on her character and her information. I do not know Linda but I do know that her website is a welcome pass time of mine that doesnt have the comment section that I detest on other sites.

I do not beleive that Linda Hood Sigmon has been 'praying on vulnerable fans' at all. Linda has a story to tell, and she opened up a website and told it.

The beautiful thing with the internet (and the human brain) is that we can choose to read it, or choose to ignore it and move on to another issue.

What are you classing as vulnerable here? If people choose to read Lindas site they can make up their own mind on what they believe....there are multitutes of sites out there where people can CHOOSE to read just the known 'facts' about Elvis and his life if they so wish....no one holds their arm up their back when they read Lindas 'truth'

As far as I am aware, Linda has never asked for money via her web site...she doesn't make you sign terms and conditions before you enter that means youre selling your soul and signing in blood that Elvis is alive.....lol....

As far as I am concerned, Lindas site is no more damaging to fans than a site like Patrick Laceys Elvis decoded site...which relies on a few facts and figures, suppositions made based on other peoples 'research' and 'non biased' conclusions which are quite clearly only non biased when he agrees with them!

People suspend their dis-belief every day when they read books, magasines, watch films etc....how is this any different? Just let people read both sides of the story, without being prodded and poked in either direction, and give people the option to formulate their own opinions on what they believe.

I know for a fact that whenever I have made comments on public forums on this subject, the people who I have found most agressive have not been the people who beleive Elvis is alive....in my experience they have just stated why they believe it and allowed me to make my own opinion, whereas on the ther side of the coin, theres just abuse, and accusations of madness.

At the end of the day.....there's no solid proof either way...till either Elvis outs himself or they exhume the body and scientifically proved it.....lots of the 'official' papers are inconsistent...missing....or incorrectly filled in so even that's not 100% proof as far as I am concerned....people CAN be bought off....conspiracies DO happen....did it with Elvis? Who knows?

But all I know is this.......no one can tell me what I should or shouldn't believe based on what little proof, or hearsay of 35 years can bring......I have formulated my own oppinions over the years, which would not be changed or altered becasue Linda writes about Jesse on her website...come on people, give us some credit please!

I wish to invite everyone reading this complaint to my own web site on which you will see that every word which Barbara Lee Rowe has written about me is totally fictitious.

My web site will have over 92,000 visits by tomorrow.  I have 58 pages of documentation displayed which substantiate the truth of my site entirely.  I defy anyone to, legitimately, disprove one article on my site.

This woman created a web page about me back in 2009 which was totally untrue and defaming to me.  I consulted an attorney and threatened her with legal action if she did not remove her web page about me.  She eventually took it down.  But, she proceeded to conspire with several other people to defame me further on message boards...with them doing her dirty work.

Recently, she and the two other people have stepped up their attacks upon me again.  I have responded to these attacks my exposing their lies about me on my own web site. 

All I have done is to report the truth about Ms. Rowe and her two associates.  I have quoted their own words about me and have proceeded to refute their lies.  I used two of Ms. Rowe's own Emails to me, written in 2008, to substantiate every word which I wrote about her.

She has, once again, written libelous and defaming information in her complaint about me on this site...worthy of legal action which I may pursue.

I ask that everyone please check out my reputation and my web site before you accept the words of this woman who is only out on an angry agenda toward me.  This is a personal problem on her part and should be no reflection on my character nor the content of my web site.

I have perused Linda Hood Sigmon's web site and have found absolutely nothing defamatory towards Elvis Presley in it's contents.  Nor can anything she says be construed as "preying" on Elvis' fans. She is merely stating her belief that Elvis Presley is still alive and she presents plenty of evidence to back up her assertions. Since when is believing someone is still alive - defamatory to their character? 

Mrs. Sigmon asks NO ONE for any money or gifts. And there is absolutely no charge to access her entire web site. Since when is it a crime for an individual in America to express their views  and opinions in the polite and respectful manner that she does Since when is it a crime in America to defend oneself against those who slander or libel them because they hold "differing" views? 

IF people don't believe her or don't agree with her views, that's perfectly fine. That is their right too. My suggestion to them is don't visit Linda Hood Sigmon's web site if you disagree with her. It's as simple as that. Or start your own web sites insisting that Elvis is dead.

The respectful voicing of differing opinions is one of the things that has made America great. And to try and rob Linda Hood Sigmon of this First Amendment right, whether we agree or don't agree with her, whether she is correct or incorrect in her assertions is  clearly un-American.  It's unethical to do this to someone who is in no way spouting hatred or vitriol towards anyone.

This is a frivolous complaint that is a waste of time. Linda Hood Sigmon should be allowed to continue voicing her belief that Elvis Presley is still alive.
