LINK COM. IMP. EXP. DE MADEIRAS LTDA NOGALINK Bad Qulaity Flooring - Damaged Delivery No Replacement No Response Elizabeth New Jersey
I ordered 1057 Sq Ft of Select Brazilian Cherry Hardwood. Company was very responsive upto and including the day of delivery. Upon delivery, 6 boxes had been damaged by the fork lift operator (forks dragged up or down the side of the bundle damaging all the wood on that side). I spoke with Noam Kitron BEFORE handing over cash to the delivery driver, I insisted that I get an email confirming that he was aware of the damaged materials and confirmation that he would replace any damaged pieces upon my opening all the boxes to determine the quantity that needed replacement. I receieved the email and paid the driver (big mistake).
Upon opening the boxes to install the floor (after the wood had time to acclimatize to my home), I was horrified at the standard of the flooring. The flooring had ripples across the grain approximately every inch or so. There were also imperfections such as indentations going several inches along the grain. The first couple of pieces put together had edges that did not match. Pieces were warped, other pieces were split. The finish was inconsistent and had spots where finish had dripped or left raised spots. Basically the wood is unusable and I have do not have the funds to purchase another 1057 Sq Ft to enable me to put my home back together. I am living in a construction site with my family until I can resolve this.
I can not get any repsonse from Noam Kitron, or anybody else at Link. I have not mentioned in my messages or emails anything about the quality of the wood, I simply indicated that I was looking for the replacement pieces for the damaged planks. I have sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered and I have called the telephone numbers everyday for the past 3 weeks, nobody answers and my voicemails have gone unanswered.

I found two other extremely similiar complaints on this website. Seems like this is the typical way Link/Link USA/Nogalink does business.
