I ordered 3 items online. I ordered them on or about the 3rd of March. The last week of March I showed an updated email taht my items had shipped and had been sitting in Shanghai. I reached out to Linkshe and wanted another update on delivery, why had it been sitting when would it arrive? It had been 3 weeks. They stated it had been shipped and I just needed to wait. I advised them that my event in was in 3 days and I woudl like to return the items since it was obviously not going to be delivered before my event. They said I needed to wait for it to arrive then submit a ticket to request a refund and return shipping information. Upon arrival 3 days after my event, and over 30 days after I placed the order, I went online to submit a ticket. Their website said my password was incorrect, I reset it. Then entered the system and it would not let me submit a ticket, the system let me clock on the words return/ecxchange, then there were no further buttons to push to find out what to do next. No continue, no next, no updated information to tell you next steps. I did this twice, logging out and logging in, both times needing to reset my password as it didnt recognize it, although I had just reset it. Same situation each time, no next steps etc.. Then I emailed them, it took them 24 hours to email me back with a reply that read "Why do you want to refturn" not signed no additional commentary. I advised them on why and have been waiiting more than a week for further instruction? Nothing. I have gone only again and the same thing occurs each time. It does not recognize me, I reset the password and then it stops at Returns and Exchanges.
The total was $97.30. I just want my money back. They can have their items, I just need to know where to send them. This is fraud. I am concerned for the thousands of people that order from them since they are on facebook. I reviewed recently many of the posts and it seems this is rampant.
Please help.
