Linkshe Making me a size 4XXL according to their size chart when I'm a 18 or 2XL SHANGHI, CHINA Internet
I made an order from Linkshe Company which I saw advertised on Facebook.
The clothing looks very nice, however, when I purchaed this item it did not look like the picture it was cheesey looking and the size did not fit the size chart is misleading and not accurate.
I waited over a month for the order and the website stated that you could get a 30 day refund or exchange.
You cannot contact them directly they have a system where you're supposte to get a ticket and they get back to you within 2-3 days. There is no customer service persay. You have pre-selected choices that you respond to and it does not allow you to make a complaint in your own words.
I am very disappointed in this website as to how deceptive they are just taking people money because if you can't return an item or exchange it they get to keep your money whether or not you like the item.
It's strange how they offer free shipping to you but if you had to return the item you have to pay a larger fee than what you paid for the item.
Please do something to get these people offline so unsuspecting consumers are not ripped off. Thank you for your effort in this manner.
