Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

They sold me on Facebook marketing ads for $99 a month.  They set it all up and sent me a link to an initial ad of which myself, 2 of my friends and thier friends liked.  THATS IT- for 3 months!  I totally forgot about this until looking at my charges and called them asking what exactly they are doing for me, I haven not seen any leads, likes, or anything else in 3 months!  They now send me a log in to my "account" and see that the first day they set me up I got views, but after that it flatlined for the next to months, they did NOTHING more. I get more views when I post an ad in a group!  This is such a scam, they get you and just hope you forget your being billed or something.  I called for a refund and she wanted to argue the analytics with me, which I KNOW HOW TO READ because I do my own FB markerting.  Asked for my money back and of course the guy that can do that was "on the other line".   I am calling my bank to dispute these charges.  This company is a joke, they do NOT deliever as promised.

Misalignment in Expectations

The package purchased was our Social Impressions Digital Farming/Branding package.

This package included a professional ad on Facebook to potential Buyers and Sellers in their local farm area and weekly posts to their Facebook page.

Based on the complaint, the client was expecting to see leads, likes and other activity on their page, but says that did not occur. This was because the package he purchased was not designed to do those things.

When we created this ad on Facebook, we run the campaign as a branding ad. A branding ad specifically is designed to "Farm" an area, so that people will recognize and become more familiar with the person and the brand.

We send out the log in information for new accounts the day they sign up, so they can use the tools provided by the program and view their Facebook marketing report and stats. This client was unaware of that dashboard until they called in.

Unfortunately, in this case, it appears the expectations of the client were misaligned from what the product provides at that price point.

In regards to getting a refund for 3 months of service, we had already purchased the ads on Facebook and provided the services for those 3 months. If a client forgets about the service and calls us within 3 days of the rebills, we have no problem refunding the most recently billing, which I am not sure if that happened here, because I do not know who this client is.

In conclusion, we did deliver as promised, because we never promised leads or likes. We promised exposure to his local farm area, which of course after only 3 months, isn't going to deliver results, as most agents are probably aware.
