I believe something nefarious is going on in Texas at Liquidation Channel. The first time, someone in Texas tried to use my credit card number to buy cigars.  The credit card company caught that one.  Declined the charge, called me about it and changed my card number.  The next time, 3 large online purchases were made to a national retailer. Reported it to credit card company. They investigated and confirmed the fraudulent charges. Now again a strange charge appeared on my credit card statement and has been reported to my credit card carrier for investigation.  The similarity among these three occurrences is that they all happened within a couple of days of making an online purchase from Liquidation Channel. Coincidence? I think not.

Hi Alan,

 

For starters I would like to sincerely apologize to have such a late reply but I would like to say that we do not know the issue if we are not aware of it at the time of the purchase and or if you do not call into customer service to tell us in order for our higher ups to investigate. I understand that this has happened last year but claiming credit card fraud is a huge thing and here at Shop LC we take that very serious I can tell you that much. Once again if something like that does happen please immediately let us know what we are able to do so we can be aware of the issue and catch it and stop it at all cost.
