Litton Loan Ripoff Servicing Lawsuit waiting to happen, violation of RESPA compliances is only the begining Houston Texas
My father had his loan serviced through Advanta Mortage then about four years ago the loan was service transfered to Litton Loan thats when the hell began.
My father has been in and out of foreclosure five different times and in bankruptcy five different times because of this companies lack of ability to keep records and properly applying funds.
This company has violated RESPA compliances so many it makes me sick. The last time the company filed foreclosure papers they incorrectly filed and had to refile because it was incorrectly done.
And Litton would not provide my dad with a payment history of his account and still to this day with a court order they still have yet to provide documentation of were they came up with the arreage payment the are requiring my dad to make. After sever attempts of trying to clear up the debt and trying to make arangement they are still not willing to provide any help in resolving the debt or provide any info. of how they came up with the $30,000.00 they state he owes. When in fact it less then half of that.
Yes, my dad is not perfect he was self-employed for awhile and struggled to make ends meet on his income alone. But the fact that they are not providing the help the say they will is just sad and my dad is on his last leg of trying to save his home.
But he sure let me know that the day it goes to the court house steps he will make sure the camera crew is there so he can let everyone know how crappy Litton realy is.
And I hope that one day enough people get together and we can file a lawsuit against Litton and they can get what they deserve. Just like Fairbanks go what they deserved for what they did now its Litton's turn!!!!!

This is an update to the problem my dad is having with Litton. After my dad filed bankruptcy on the $30,000.00 they stated he was behind his BK attorney wrote a letter to Litton asking them to provide a payment history they had seven days to respond did they respond no not until now My dad received a letter in the mail that stated they (Litton) were moving the motion to terminate the automatic stay (to kick him out). attached to the back was a payment history that stated he only owed $4,000.00. Where the hell did the other $26,000.00 come from. So my dad filed bankruptcy on an amount that wasn't even correct. and do think that his BK lawyers will do anything about it. No, they still persist to tell him to sell his home.

Anyone who has been victimized by Litton Loan Servicing needs to write out a statement about your experiences with Litton Loan Servicing, take it to your local bank and have them NOTARIZE it.
