Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I received my 40-page "fashion consultation" from this scamming company called Logical Fashion run by a woman named Rebel Holiday. I received my report after paying ABOUT $140 to discover that it was a generically written 40 page contribution to the nearest recycle bin!

A couple of my friends also decided to purchase these "personalized" reports and all three of us basically receive the same report with a few slight word changes. The pictures were drawn by what looked like a group of first graders.

I did a little more research on this company and found that this Rebel Holiday (if that is her real name probably changed after the last scam) has several other companies including a pseudo "venture capital fund" called Artemis Strategy Fund which charges you to solicit your investors, a foundation called Beyond Beauty, ImageNet (which I haven't quite figured out), and probably countless others all lodged in the historic Air Rights Building of Bethesda, MD.

My husband is an attorney and we are determined to get to the bottom of all of this and inform the public. In closing, please be careful, and we will keep you updated.

LIES ARE NOT OPINIONS - LIES DESIGNED TO HURT ARE THE REAL SCAM - YOU BE THE JUDGE

The original anonymous complaint contains obvious lies meant only to hurt innocent and well meaning people. These lies are: 1) Profiles that are the supposed "SCAM" have not been offered for sale yet. They are still not in a finished state. It is a lie that this individual has purchased a profile for "about $140". No price has even been determined. 2) Rebel Holiday is really Rebel Holiday. That is her given name. I have seen her birth cetificate and I have even talked to her mother. 3) Rebel Holiday does not control The Artemis Strategy Fund. She serves as the non paid president. 4) Beyond Beauty is a nonprofit organization and as such is controlled by a Board of Directors of which I am one. Rebel Holiday is not the owner of the Beyond Beauty Foundation. I am very proud of the contribution of the Beyond Beauty Foundation to the lives of women. 5) The original rip off report promised to "keep us informed". How about the names of the people who made these imaginary purchases? Or is that the real "scam". You be the judge. Thomas C. Trexler

Hello. My name is Rebel Holiday. I have never before been put in the position of having to decide whether or not to respond to nameless and categorically false accusations, but I will not let such a matter go unchallenged. It is simply unfair for libelous and factually untrue information to be randomly posted by an unnamed person. While I strongly believe that people have a right to express their opinions, I also believe they should take responsibility for what they say and do. Freedom of Speech does not give people the right to hurt others with anonymous, untrue, and vicious written attacks. I will now factually verify and/or categorically disprove every issue raised by this person: 1. The profile consultation product this person claims they purchased has not been sold yet in any way, shape, matter, or form. Period. Logical Fashion is a developing company and it still developing products. So whoever this person is, he or she could not possibly be a customer. 2. When the new profile consultation products are complete and have been successfully tested, only then will they be made available to the public. Every Logical Fashion product, service, and seminar will come with an unconditional money-back guarantee. 3. I have an official copy of my birth certificate and will show it to anyone who cares. My name has been Rebel Holiday since the day of my birth some 42 years ago. 4. I was an image and fashion consultant from 1982 to 1996. There were large feature stories written about me and my work in major newspapers like the LA Times and San Diego Tribune by reporters who attended my seminars. (Note: These stories were published when the Internet was still in its infancy, which is why there is not a lot of information online about me yet. If you would like copies of some of these articles, please call my office, 301-657-7377, and I will gladly send them to you.) 5. From 1997 to 2000, I dedicated myself to mastering the complex world of business development, and I honed my skills by assisting early-stage companies. Even though it was gratifying to help entrepreneurs -- many of whom had poured their lives into their businesses -- become successful, I ultimately decided to return to my lifelong career path and started Logical Fashion. I serve as CEO of Logical Fashion, which is a private company owned by a number of shareholders. 6. Artemis is a real company, and it provides a wonderful funding service. It has helped dozens of companies on their road to growth and development. I have been asked to include a note from The Artemis Board: Artemis is owned and controlled by stockholders. Rebel Holiday has a minority interest in Artemis. We appreciate that Rebel Holiday gives some of her time to Artemis on a non-paid basis. 7. The Beyond Beauty Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit educational corporation. It empowers women and girls by helping them deal with self-esteem issues in workshops. We have countless letters from grateful workshop participants who consistently report having much improved lives. Beyond Beauty is helping many women. No one owns Beyond Beauty, because it is a non-stock corporation. There is a Board of Directors, made up of 5 volunteer Directors, that runs it. Each person has one vote and equal voting power. Rebel Holiday is one of these volunteer directors. At this time, Beyond Beauty has no overhead, no salaries, no assets, no properties, no regular income. The expenses (which are minor) have been paid by sponsors or small donations. 8. ImageNet is not owned by Rebel Holiday. ImageNet is similar to a speakers bureau in that it helps women establish their careers in speaking and teaching specifically on image-related empowerment subjects. While some of these speakers have been titleholders, they are from many diverse backgrounds. What these women have in common is a willingness to share themselves and be role-models for women. This is so important for our future. I do my best to treat everyone with respect and consideration. I will continue to teach people to learn to see their own greatness and to love themselves. Anyone who has worked with me professionally or really knows me personally will verify this. I am proud of everything with which I am involved, and I am completely committed to helping people improve their lives. With a small and dedicated team of people who feel the same way, we are creating good in the world. If you have questions, please call me directly at my office, 301-657-7377, and I will be happy to speak with you. -- Rebel Holiday
