Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
OK, So I don't have the best of credit. According to the salesman Joe, 'been doing this 20 plus years, I can get you financed with no problem' he lied through his teeth, that was the first of many to come. I test drove a 2003 Saturn Iron, loved it. Went to do the paperwork and ran into a 'little problem'. My credit. Ended up signing papers and taking the car home. Didn't hear from the car lot all week.

Finally get a call 6 days later. 'Can you come by so we can finish up the paper work?' Well, I'm no dummy. I can figure out this one, the check never went through my bank. I go and they tell me that there is a problem with the finance company.

So I either have to put a 'little more money down', like $3500 or find a car that isn't as much. I find a car that is about $4000+ less and the same thing. I drive it for a week and get a call. This time they want another $1000 down and after all the BS that Summit Financial was going to add to the loan, (@21.95%) I was going to have to pay back almost $14000 for a $7000 car. I told Joe to forget it, he takes my file walks into the other room, then goes to find the accounts manager.

After waiting about 10 minutes while he and his buddies are out B.S.ing I walk into the office, find my file take back my checks and the registration to my car and leave. The finance manager called about an hour later, I'm guessing that they finally remembered I was there, told me I can get a car, but a little less expensive. I said No and that was the last of it.

The bottom line here is I think it's pretty crappy when you are lied to from the git go, then strung along, then bold faced lied to. I beleive that they were so set on making the old mighty dollar that they forgot that we customers are the ones that make or break them.

I just want to say, if you are looking for an honest used car salesman, there isn't one at Lokey. And lets not forget the finance manager Roman that was very good at stringing me along too. I don't think that one could have do it without the other.

Oh yes, let's not foget that after looking at their web site, they were going to sell the cars to me for about $2000 more than they were advertised for.

Just makes ya stop and think!

Patricia car dealers will do what ever it takes to get you on their lot. They will be deceptive in their advertising and know that nobody in our government will do anything about it. Ever read a car dealer's newspaper advertisement? Ever need a microscope to read the misleading fine print? Ever listen to your favorite radio station and hear them run a bunch of misleading car dealer commercials? If you feel that your favorite radio station is running a bunch of misleading car dealer commercials Post a Rip Off Report and tell us the name of the radio station that is airing the crap. We need to expose the media that is willing to help the car dealers that are deceiving car buyers. Let's chat about car dealers playing with the car Buyer's credit applications. We all know that the average American's pay is NOT keeping up with inflation. If a car buyers pay is not keeping up with inflation it makes it real hard for an honest car dealer to get a car buyer approved for an auto loan on the NEW OVER PRICED DEPRECIATING SLEDS that the auto manufactures are producing. The Deceptive car dealers have found many ways to get people car loans on cars that are way out of the Buyer's budget. They love to get the car buyer to sign all needed doc's and then send the buyer on their way. Then the deceptive dealer's employees take it upon themselves to use a jar of Whiteout and play with the real numbers of the car Buyer's income BEFORE the car dealer sends the car Buyer's credit app to many lenders for an approval. Now you say to me that car dealers might not do that, RIGHT? Read the below Rip Off Report and you be the judge. Look at all of the pic's in this below Rip Off report. Take a real close look at the area that is highlighted in yellow real good! www.badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff52158.htm Many car dealers are committing BANKING FRAUD and you the car buying consumers are not being told about this scam. Car dealers in this country like to send FALSE and FRAUDULENT credit applications to banks so they can get car loans approved much faster. Now I want you to go to the above Rip Off Report and take a close look at the second picture. It is a picture of a car Buyer's credit application. From what I was told, The car dealer altered it before they sent it to an auto lender. By the way, when you go to the below Rip Off Report, scroll down and look at all 3 pictures in her Rip Off Report. They had her sign 4 car buying contracts. Talk about a Rip OFF! Call up your auto loan company and ask for a copy of the credit application they got from your car dealer. You might find banking FRAUD! If you do you may have a good law suit! www.badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff52158.htm MIS Bass had no Idea what had happened until I had a chat with her. I took all of the Pictures in the above Rip Off Report. I know what pain car buyers are feeling after a dirty car dealer has taken them to the cleaners. If you find that there is some FALSE INFO or a SIGNATURE that is NOT YOURS, you have BANKING FRAUD! You might want you to contact your auto lender after you make about three payments on your car. I want you to ask your auto lender to send you a copy of the credit application that they got from your car dealer. YOU my Fellow American might get a BIG FAT SURPRISE! If you feel that a car dealer has Ripped you OFF, please file a FREE Rip Off Report. I as a Rip Off Report consumer Advocate have only found one AG's office that is willing to spank a car dealer. I am sure that you want to read what I have found. So here it is right below. You go to all of the URL's and YOU BE THE JUDGE! Mr Eliot Spitzer you can call me anytime if you need some extra help when you go after an auto dealer for deception! My hat is off to you. Maybe one day I can post my thoughts on other AG's in this country. Go to these URL's below and read on the New York's AG's office work. Read some of these below. I feel they are informative reading! www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/dec/dec13b_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/may/may30b_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/apr/apr19b_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/jan/jan14b_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2000/oct/oct12a_00.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/aug/aug09a_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2003/mar/mar12b_03.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/1999/sep/sep30e_99.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2003/mar/mar18b_03.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/1999/dec/dec06b_99.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/feb/feb28b_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2000/mar/mar28a_00.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/nov/nov07b_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/dec/dec13b_01.html My hat is Off to Eliot Spitzer is a man that all consumers in New York should thank. He has the balls to spank car dealers that are reported to be playing deceptive car buying games. It is a shame I can't say the same about other AG's. Maybe one day I can chat about other AGs.
