Lowe's Home Center ripoff Credit card fraud Beavercreek Ohio
The Beaver Creek Lowe's store manager added items to customers credit cards after they purchased something at the store. I questioned my bill and the manager, Brian Oletti, told me to "Prove it". I am now being billed for over $700 worth of product when I only purchased about $150 worth of stuff. Repeated complaints to the credit card company and the store have accomplished nothing. Now my credit rating has been destroyed because I refuse to pay for something I did not buy.
Other's have told me that this manager was padding his daily sales reports by doing this and since the added merchandise did not leave the store it helped his inventory ratings for which he would get a bonus. This manager is no longer with that store but I am still being harrassed about the overdue account.
