I tried to buy a DVD player. They never sent it and when I called "customer service" they said bluntly they'd never be able to ship it for the price they had advertised. They didn't seem to care that I'd been waiting weeks for some notice from them and acted like all that mattered was the money. They said my case was probably in the adjudication section and I'd hear something directly. I never (ever) heard anything from them. Never got the money refunded. Never got a DVD player.

The guy in "customer service" admitted they knew the prices on the website were faulty, but claimed there was nothing they could do because the Shopping Cart was contracted to another company. I wrote email to customer service and to this guy's boss and never heard one word from anyone. The charges showed up on my credit card bill. I had to file a claim through Paypal and through my credit card company. Paypal determined I was right, but that there was no money from them. The credit card company luckily refunded the charges.

These guys are a pack of scoundrels without scruples and with conscious intent to separate web customers from their money. DO NOT do business with them!
