 I was introduced to Lucrazone Global by a friend whom I have engaged in several business opportunities with. I initially listen in on a few webinars conducted by Oscar Garcia, and then participated in a couple life events where Oscar Garcia did the presentation. I must admit I was sold on the company after listening to all of the promises that were made during those events. However, after spending eight thousand ($8,000) for a promotional bonus of receiving 7 additional Brand Partner positions by purchasing 8 at the regular price of a $1,000 per position, it wasn't long after the official launch a couple months later that I realized that I had made a huge mistake! Nothing that was promised by Oscar Garcia after joining the company came true.

I realized after several months had past, the company lied about being a Level One Merchant Provider, and having their own Payment Gateway, which allowed them to cut out all the middlemen when it comes to processing payouts. Therefore, giving them the opportunity to offer the lowest rates in the industry to all of the small "Brick and Mortar" type business, who makeup the largest percentages of businesses in the world.

The concept and marketing strategy that was sold to us was to give the small business owner more control, and a big saving on their bottom line profits to operate. In other words giving the small business owner an opportunity to become a Brand Partner with Lucrazon Global to provide its own Merchant Service Account to operate their business. It all sounded like it was too good to be true, but at the time it did make sense.

As a Preferred Brand partners we were also promised a daily percentage of the company's profit for the life of the company. I never received enough money to buy a hamburger, basically no profit to speak of! At one point when I was allowed to enter into my Back Office on the computer I had accumulated a credit of $3,400,but when I inquired as to how I could get that money out to place in my bank account, the company proclaim to have some computer glitches that they needed to correct before they could issue those credits. Much to my surprise, the credit of $3,400 suddenly disappeared in the process of updating their Compensation Plan, and my ability to enter my Back Office also suddenly stopped.

I complained on numerous occasions to Lucrazon Support, and Customer Services, who never had any answers to satisfy my concerns, or to give any advice as to how I could speak with someone in the upper management of the company to help me. I finally just gave up, and the $50 that was being taken automatically from my accounts, I demanded that they discontinue that activity. I was sent a confirmation by email that my request would be honored, but I just realized today that they have continued to take the $50 out of one my accounts. I also learned today that the money that was being taken as a credit to the person who sponsored me into the company, they never received a dime of that money!

I also sponsored several people into Lucrazon Global, and they have all experienced the same treatment from this company! They are extremely upset about loosing their money to what is being considered by most, including myself, a "Classic Ponzi Scheme" of  greed!  

We are looking to pursue legal action against Alexy Pitt, and Oscar Garcia for their criminal activity for enrichment! I am sure there are many people who joined Lucrazon Global under false pretencies, and numerous lies of promises never fulfilled by this company.

It is my intent, along with many others who are victims, to find a solution to our dilemma by way of our legal system, and we encourage anyone else who have been silent about this situation to please step forward to join us in this fight!

I joined Lucrazon last year and was told all the same promises and to find out today that they have closed my account. after numerous times I have called for updates and was told that everyone would be paid to wait and now I can't even get in my back office or in my website at all.  I investment 15k and my spouse did also that's 30k for them to just take our money after we worked so hard for it.  I had been contacted before by attorneys to see if I was willing to testify and I have video and audio recordings of the trainings they gave us promising this was a good investment and I called today and they tell me I'm not going to get my money when I didn't ask for the account to be closed as a matter of fact I was going to open up the e-store. So I really feel like I got ripped off so if anyone knows what I could do or the have an attorney please send me the information at (((REDACTED)))

Hello Don,

We took the liberty of looking more into the account since you provided a first name and city location. In our records we have only 1 Brand Partner named Donald located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Assuming this account is yours, we see that you have 7 paid business units and 7 free business units for a total of 14.

You have also mentioned that you have accumulated a credit of $3,400, which you claim that you have not received.

But in our detailed records along with dates for a Donald, it shows that you have been paid out $3,030.20 which is what you earned from Group Payout, Channel Bonus, Placement Payout into your Wells Fargo Bank account. You have also earned Daily Bonus and Lifetime Residual from that amount that Lucrazon has paid out to you.

The majority of the payout ($2,150) occurred on March 9, 2014.
