we bought expensive floor laminate at lumber liquidators, less than a year later the floor is showing signs of coming apart. we sent pictures and documents to lumber liquidators in order to have the warranty used. they said we needed a humidity test done prior to installation. the salemen never said anything. also. who gets a humidity test before installing a floor. no one. no contractor says it should be done. lumber liquidators does noy stand by its warranty. better to buy at home depot or lowes. cost us a lot of money and grief
