Signed up for a "free" trial, just pay shipping. Having been burned by scams like this before, I read ever last stlitch of the "fine print"... There was none! It genuinely seemed like Joanna Gaines and Laurie from "Shark Tank" were looking for honest reviews of theor new skincare line, Luminary, in return for a free sample. Well, that "free" sample has cost this disabled mother of 2 $200 in the last 2 weeks, without even receiving more product! The $9 for shipping and handling hook somehow enrolled me in some crazy autopay system where they bill you every week for around $99! I only get paid every 2 weeks, so it took that long for me to notice. Who the hell spends that kind of money on face cream!? Nowhere in the terms and conditions of this free trial was it indicated that I enrolled in an autopay subscription, not even the receipt. And I haven't received a receipt for either of the $90 something charges, by the way. I've contacted the company and it's like herding cats to get a straight answer. Had to cancel my card and get a new one! Buyer beware. Joanna Gaines' new skincare line is just another automatic subscription rip off.
