I thought I was receiving and free sample from Luna Skincare all I had to pay was S&H which was about 8.00. When I received the product I looked for a packing slip with a phone # or address to contact them and found nothing. A few weeks later I have a charge on my account for 87.00 and 89.00 I tried to find a way to contact them and could get nowhere. But I immediately thought scam.

Well yesterday a month after first order which was suppose to be free except S&H of about 8.00. I received another box with products and was charged once again 87.00 & 89.00 but this bos did have a packing slip with phone number and shipping address. So I called the Customer Service # 877-671-0074. The first guy I got he told sorry nothing he could do but cancel my next order but would do nothing about the charges I proceeded to let him know I didn’t authorize this and I wanted my money refund or I would place fraud and scam charge on them and he hung up. So I called back and got a lady and after 30 minutes of telling her to remove the charges that she had put me in financial stress due to something I did not authorize and I wanted my money refunded and what’s the scale of saying the first products I got were free but had to pay S&H so why was I charged 87.00 & 89.00 for something that was free. She kept telling me that I agreed and I informed her if I had been given a packing slip in the supposed free products I would have called to let them know I will send it back I did not agree to pay almost $200.

She proceeded to tell me she could give me 25% off I said no then 35% no 50% and I said no I wanted my money back I was not going to be scammed. Then she said she talked to supervisor and could give me 75% I told her no I wanted all my money back or I would report her as fraud and scam and she said she really wanted to make me happy I said the only way I would be happy is for her to give me all my money back so she finally agreed she could do that to satisfy a customer. But we will see if it is put back in my account. If not they will receive another phone call till I get all my money back.
