I recently had a flooring installation go awry. The installer came to my house and told me I would have to help him move appliances. Luna sent 1 man to do a 2 man job. The installer had a thick accent so he was hard to understand. After stepping outside for a minute, something happened, because when I returned; I found a smashed picture and the installer walking around my house disoriented and dripping blood. I called 911 but he refused medical attention. I locked up my dogs in my moms room and the installer walked in her room while she was sleeping with the dogs. My experience with Luna was terrorizing. This is my first home buy and I was trying to do things independently but Luna made everything horrible. I had a 2nd installation that day for carpeting. The installers were 3 hours late. Luna only cares about the collection of your money. The slogan of "We work for you" misses the mark terribly.
