Dear all, I have been conducting an investigation on lushbags.com for a few weeks now. I am an investigator and my client had been badly ripped off by those guys. This is why I am trying to get any piece of contact information (phone numbers, names, addresses... ) that can lead me to them. As agreed with my client I will share the results of my investigation with anyone helping. I don't need to know any of your names or personnal details. Thank you by advance.

I recently had, or am having I should say, problems with lushbags.com. I was reading the other reports filed against this company and came accross yours. I know you said that you have several numbers and addresses for this company but I'm not sure if you have this one. Lushbags 158-14 Northern Blvd. Flushing, NY 11358 USA Anyway, I hope this will help you. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and I will post the outcome on this website. Good Luck.

My daughter had wanted to order mom (my wife) a purse that she wanted, and found the lushbags.com website. I ordered the Eye Love You bag that said it was from Louis Vutton. We ordered the bag a week before Mother's Day (shipping 3-5 days), so that it would be here on time. A few days prior I was given a false Fedex tracking #, and brought this up with lushbags; I was told that a mistake was made and that they would now ship the bag late. A week after this we received 3 bags in from Fedex. When I enquired about shipping the other two bags back, and wanted to get lushbags mailing address, they said not to worry about shipping them back as our credit card was not charged for them! Well this was very fishy, so I looked hard on their website and saw in the fine print that these were fake bags. We went to Fedex and had them find there address in Rego Park NYC, and shipped them back. Lushbags said that we would get a credit back in 7days. After 12 I wrote and asked what was up, they then emailed back that they were currently having problems with our payment processor. This makes it difficult to process refunds. In this case, we can only offer you an exchange. I am out a couple hundred dollars; my wife does not have a bag. And these bums can not be reached. Do you have any contact info? Thanks,
