Lush Nails Scam prices and verbal abuse Mount Holly New Jersey
Am writing for my bosses will not disclose their names who are well respected Celeb Fashion stylists and Tv personalities. They were in the south jersey area of Lush Nails salon they called their and ask for a nail refill with design as there regular nail tech was out. They were told the nail refill is 20.00 and the gel polish 10.00 And to fix two nails 10.00. Most nail designs are 2 for 5 or 2 for 15. As they have worked with hundreds of nail salons through there own business. The owner Twee said she can do the nails as they were not difficult designs and were medium length not very long. Twee and her so called sister did both their nails and took much longer than they are used to for 2 small designs on each hand and 8 small crystals on 1 nail and a small not well done very small flower design. The work was average and an easy design. As other customer were in salon The owner and sister identify them as industry stylists. They then ask for 140.00 each for the nails totaling almost 300.00 for refill and 2 small designs ! This was not encrusted full 10 finger designs or even any difficult design and never thought the nail work said it would be that costly. They tried to inflate and scam the prices as they have only owned the salon for 8 months. They are far from expert nail techs! My bosses said that was a scam and they were trying to inflate prices profile them. They would never spends that amount on nails from a basic new nail tech they never used before. The offered 100.00 each totaling 200.00 which was way more than the quality given and the owner Twee called the cops and is disrespecting them and trying to take 2 small Crystal off of their nails.!
The police give them a warning they can file a suit but cannot demand money that was not told to the customers beforehand. My bosses paid 200.00 with verbal assaults and humiliation and anyone who appears to have wealth which most likely wouldn’t go to a new nail tech like them should beware!!! They are disrespectful young kids and treated their customers that are professional well respected industry stylist with disgust ! This is theft by deception! They even offered to market her new business before they tried to steal from them. DO NOT TRUST THIS OWNER she is unsafe to do business with new customers she targets certain people !
