Richard A Luthman is a scam artist and a fraud that runs an organized criminal empire that takes your money and if he claims to actually do worrk on your case he is laughed out of the court system and cant win regardless.
RICHARD A. LUTHMANNN is a political manipulationist thru his company Dark Penguin Strategies. This company has released fake facebook pages on Janine materna, Nicole Maliotakas, Debi Rose under the direction of Ron Castorina Jr, Joe Borelli, and Kamillah Hanks. His victims also include the Mayor Mike DeBlasio, son Dante, and our good boro president Jimmy Oddo.
Richard A Luthman is also a lawyer that has a long list of client grievances filed against him aroung 34 to counct, how could he surive that you ask....Well he has the protection of two heavy hitters Mike "Iron MMike " Lasser and The head of the five families Brooklyn Democrat Leader Frank Seddio. They have washed grievances for the Dark Penguin himself for years and now with these new allegations against him were curious as to how these submissionscan be ignored.
The word on the street is that Rich is under the influence of his mentally ill wife Tammarra Moore who has on many occasions pushed Rich into serious situations that he had tio hide in the clloset to duck. Or his somewhat washed up partner in crime Claire from Claire Properties who grabs all the foreclosure and short sale work that Rich looses in court thann provides an illegal kickback too when they send a family to the street. Lets not forget his loser of a morgage paralegal who only knows about foreclosures because she in fact has lost her own home under Rich's care. He also has his hired muscle a retired closely dead private eye Danny Yagos who threatens deadbeats of rich's office with the tinniest gun that if he pulled it, anyone including a minor would probably wrestle it out of his hands and use it against him.
He has another inhouse street kid Matthew Johnson he comes of as a kid who has one suit in his closet which he wears every day and believes Rich will be putting hi thru lawyer school, the only place Rich is putting this kid is dead or in jail. Then there the token black man Lawrence Gilder he has uncle tom'd this man who has no soul to the point of "Ill do anything for a warm meal" Its a joke how Rich gets the ability to have anyone follow him, He also has this raggity ann looking male version of Wendy's called Shame Sorrento, this lowlife scams people for their personal identity......Just google him, hes been arrestd for fraud, loan sharking, and a dui where he ratted out his best friend to get out which he didnt...why....cause Rich Luthmann was his lawyer!!!!!!!! This is a reality soap opera!
His office is a circus act and if you want to get robbed for your retainer, make believe you will actually win, believe his political strength or think that his walk between genious and insanity works in your favor......JUST WATCH NOT LONG NOW HE WILL BURY HIMSELF.
