*** I would Google "LuxSauna Bankruptcy" before buying any products. I can only conclude that it is these related issues that have led to me feeling so ripped off by LuxSauna.***
LuxSauna - After exhaustive attempts to retrieve my money, I am resorting to this report. I ordered a sauna (Dual-Lux) and was billed $1595. I was told the sauna would be delivered in 3-4 weeks, but there was no word from anybody for nearly 60 days. I called and called and left multiple messages for Viola, David Shurtleff and Garett Gordon. Nobody would return my call. I decided to just cancel the order, I sent an email then was told that there would be a $75 cancellation charge. WoW...the sauna was still in China when I ordered, but I had to pay money to canel the order.
I let this die down a bit and finally the sauna shows up damaged...I called again and told LuxSauna I didnt want their crappy sauna. I was then informed that I could ship it back at my expense and pay a 25% restocking fee. Are you kidding me....the drama with LuxSauna is never ending...
To make matters worse - I just got an email with a promotional offer that reads as follows:

My experience with LuxSauna was somewhat nightmarish....they took my money and never delivered my sauna...Almost 70 days later my sauna shows up damaged and to my shock and dismay, it took several more weeks before I could get anybody on the phone to help me. LuxSauna has horrible service. Their prices beat anybody in town but the quality and service leaves a lot to be desired.
Finally I got my sauna up and running and and shortly thereafter a heater went out. Seriously...great prices do not always mean great value....
I was initially very excited about Luxsauna, but my expectations were just a bit high...remember - You get what you pay for.........
I can only encourage to research Luxsauna bankruptcy and luxsauna complaints to see what other people are saying about their dealings with this company.
