Ms. Jamies, bottom line is you received a product, was not happy with it. We asked that you simply return it.... we processed your refund as quickly as we could. You stated that you were not pleased with the overall apprearence of the hair. You also stated that you had never worn virgin hair before. Virgin hair is just that, virgin... it is going to look and feel real, spilt ends and all. We dont sell anyhting from China, there is no need to. You wanted us to refund you before receiving our product,. we could not do that. Furthermore, Elise, called UPS while you were on the phone, they are the ones that routed your order incorrectly. Evenstill we apologized for the inconvience. You live in Hawaii and wanted a ground shipment to reach you in as little as 1-2 days, yet you did not pay any shipping. Lets be fair here. if we are paying for the shipping and you agree to the terms at the time of palcing your order, then you are fully aware of how long it may take to reach you.
