On June 23, 2008. I ordered Indian Remy Curly hair extension from Luxury Locs. I was told since the order was over $150.00 the shiping would be free. I ask the rep how long does it take with the package being deliverd to Honolulu Hawaii. The rep stated 7 days. The package was delivered by UPS 15-days later and by this time I had left the island for vacation. Luxury Loc stated that the delay in the package was due to the storms in Florida. They lied the delay in the package was because they ship it through ups ground. UPS has no ground service to Honolulu Hawaii so therefore the package was delayed in California waiting on further instruction for the delivery.

The hair they sent me did not look like the hair in the picture it was not Indian Remy nor was the hair curly, and I order black and the hair was brown with gray strings of hair. I email them immediately told them this was false advertisement and that I wanted a full refund. I returned the hair to them immediately. I paid extra postage to insure the hair just in case it got lost. Luxury Locs received the hair within 3-days. It has taken me 3 months an r 15 emails to get some of my money back I have yet to receive a full refund.

All of my email were address to Renne Jones who states that she is one of the owners. Renee Jones had several delay tactics in reguards to my refund. She even stated that she was having system problems when I ask why she had not responded to my email. Ms.Renne Jones was very defensive and even ask me had I made a mistake before. Per Ms.Renne Jones she stated that she would happily refund me in full;however when I received the check which took 90-days she had deduct a 15% restocking fee. I have email her along with a copy of her email stating that she would refund me in full,she responded back by quoteing the policy. I then explain to her that it is not fair business practice to be charged for a restocking fee, when it was clearly her organization mistake. Please don't order from Luxury Loc,this business is selling some type of Korean bad quality hair extension attempting to pass it off as Indian Remy once they get your money good luck. I have pictures of the hair that was mailed to me if you don't believe.

Ms. Jamies, bottom line is you received a product, was not happy with it. We asked that you simply return it.... we processed your refund as quickly as we could. You stated that you were not pleased with the overall apprearence of the hair. You also stated that you had never worn virgin hair before. Virgin hair is just that, virgin... it is going to look and feel real, spilt ends and all. We dont sell anyhting from China, there is no need to. You wanted us to refund you before receiving our product,. we could not do that. Furthermore, Elise, called UPS while you were on the phone, they are the ones that routed your order incorrectly. Evenstill we apologized for the inconvience. You live in Hawaii and wanted a ground shipment to reach you in as little as 1-2 days, yet you did not pay any shipping. Lets be fair here. if we are paying for the shipping and you agree to the terms at the time of palcing your order, then you are fully aware of how long it may take to reach you.
