I ordered from this company a year and four months ago, to be exact. I had great service, received my order on time with excellent customer service. As a matter of fact, I still, to this day have the great quality hair still in place. WOW! But not by choice!!!!!

I place my 2nd order on May 19, 2009 through Paypal, with 2nd day delivery, not with Rene but with someone new. But I did not receive the order, I called back and spoke with Rene, whom have always been very helpful to me and she sent out another order to me. When I received the order it wasn't the length that I ordered. When I called I was told no problem to send it back and the correct order will be sent to me.

I was very concerned that I never receive the first order, but that was never addressed. After looking up the first order, I see why I didn't received it, see below:

Then again, the young lady who took my order stated she was new, and she very well, could have, mixed the tracking numbers and order up with the wrong customer, people do make mistakes.

I have called and spoken with a Gentleman as well as with Rene, and have been given the same new tracking number with the same info below. I have called and have listen to a recording that say's "the subscriber is not receiving any calls at this time'', but I do get a return phone call, it might be serveral days later, but they do call me back or email me.

After reading the comments here, now I am very concerned, I would rather have the same quality hair I ordered Indian Natural Curly, with the right length 10" and color brown #2, then my money back. I am very please with the product, I have never had any problems with the product, always getting raving compliments. Nor have I had problems with the customer service, but very disappointed in the delivery process of receiving that exact first time experience with my 2nd order.

Will I order from then again, it depends if I ever receive my 2nd order or my money back.
