I also ordered though luxury locs and I agree, it is a ripoff!!! The hair that was sent to me looked nothing like the pictures being advertised on the website. I ordered Indian natural curly and it was horrible. I will never order from this company again. I also spoke with Renee and told her the hair looked nothin like the pictures advertised.. Please DO NOT order from this company if u want quality hair.

Tomeka, what you are not disclosing is that, when you notified us that the order was incorrect, we immeditely offered to fix the problem. We even sent another shipment to you before receiving the incorrect one back first. You also are not disclosing that you have since ordered from us again, and again, you had issues... this is real hair, and it will behave as such. It is not processed and no two bundles are going to be the exact same. This is meant in no way to offend, but perhaps store bought remy is a better fit for you. Thanks, R.L.
