Tomeka, what you are not disclosing is that, when you notified us that the order was incorrect, we immeditely offered to fix the problem. We even sent another shipment to you before receiving the incorrect one back first. You also are not disclosing that you have since ordered from us again, and again, you had issues... this is real hair, and it will behave as such.
