Luxury Locs is indeed a BIG RIPE OFF!!. I order their product which was human hair for weaving. I paid 33 dollars extra for the hair to be shipped next day, the hair never came. I was told the hair had to be colored and that would take about 7days by Jamye. I spoke with a representive/Renee who gave me a bogus tracking company. I called UPS and the bogus tracking never existed.

I called and spoke with Reene who assured me that this was the correct number. She called UPS with me on the other line and the UPS represenitive stated it was not picked up by UPS and then Renee stated that someone from their office took the package to the UPS store, at that point I demanded a full refund which consisted of purchase of the hair which @$455.00, bonding glue $16.00 and remover $9.00 plus the UPS fee of $33.00 and I placed another order hair at the time I purchase the hair on lay-a-way plan which was $60.00. I did recv'd a $402.00 refund. I was charge a 50.00 dollar coloring fee and 10% stocking fee on a purchase that I have never rec'd. I did request another full refund because I never recv'd the hair . I had to threaten them to get my Attorney invovled and I was sent another 100 dollars. I did report them to Better Business Breua. Both of these check that I recv'd were personal checks from a April's checking account, which leads me to believe that this is a home base company. Please do not purchase from this company unless you just want to give your money away. They are a very dishonest company.

Ms. Angie, this is really unfair. You placed an order and put it on lay-a-way. By the time you paid your last payment, the order was ready for shipment.You wanted it next day eventhough you did not pay any shipping fee, evenstill we decied to express the order to you. UPS even verified that the shipment had indeed been given to them, but could not locate it. Yes, even big companieslike UPS that has been around for ever lose things. I worked with you on a daily basis trying to get this issue resolved. It was not as simple as shipping another order, as much as we would have like to. We had to file a claim in addition to having to recolor your order. When you decided that you simply wanted a refund, we got it done as quickly as possible. You and I both spoke with a UPS Representative , you and I both know what really happened. You received a full refund and also an apology. Eventhough we are not the ones that lost the shipment.
