Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This is difficult to pin-point and I dearly hope anyone wanting to rent from these two think again.

When I first moved in... The wiring was all shot and the windows were cracking, drafty and old.  The carpet was and still is disgusting, smelling of cat urine.  I was told there was a No Pets Policy, however, our neighbors have cats legally...

Our pipes have busted from age and are being replaced... slowly..  Many periodical days have gone by where we do not have water.  We've had inappropriate 24hr notice signs taped to our door when they know very well we are not home at certain days of the week for more than a day.  They do have our home phone and I can check my voicemail from where ever I am.

They decided to renovate the apartment my neighbor quickly moved out of after being asked to marry their illegal immigrant friend so he can get his green card.  They do not have the proper building permits to tear up the foundation.  They also stick around an hour after the noise ordinance at 9 p.m. to continue bashing the walls apart and disturbing my fiancee and I and stressing us out constantly.

Since all this construction, my dishes and supplies below my sink have been caked with a toxic dust, also, holes around the pipes have been left wide open.  The bugs in the summer that accumulate between the walls over run my kitchen.. Flies in SWARMS.

My landlord had the audacity to weedwack within inches of my car without asking me to move it... spraying cut grass and ROCKS all over it. My current neighbors, if at all, have running water that is BROWN.  Our landlords claiming that it is old and otherwise, does nothing of it.

Since the construction, he's torn the walls down so they are very thin.  I hear him periodically talking about how he will be claiming our (my current neighbor and I) security deposit for the renovations they will do on our apartments once we move out.  Already planning on sprucing up the place?  I'm not paying for that!

I am very worried about them attempting to steal my deposit. If you are thinking about moving into the Mooncrest neighborhood of Coraopolis/Moon Township under the rent of Lynx Homes.... Please think again.
