* BUYERS BEWARE!! Just had maid VIP come to my house for a so called "deep clean" they didnt even get through half of my house before I stopped them! First of all I shouldn't have to tell the cleaning team how to do their job yet all I kept hearing was "you didn't tell me you wanted that cleaned" how hell is this company charging $350!!!! For a deep clean if their crew doesnt know what they are doing! Betty, the cleaning lady, said she wanted to make things right and I should go through the house and show her what she missed, I'm sorry I just got home from a long days work I am not about to do her job as well and still pay $350! I then called and no one answered the phone so I hopped online and started a chat with Chris, I told him what the issue was which he was already aware of and he said to send him photos which I did. I let Chris know that I will not be paying for this service and to not charge my card and he responded back saying he would still have to charge me for a regular clean!! Mind you they haven't finished cleaning my house before I told them to leave. So then I told Chris if he tries to charge me that I will dispute the charge and he replies saying "that's fine, we have evidence that we did the service" ummm news flash Chris, changing some bedsheets is NOT considered a deep clean!! You should really think about changing careers!
