On November 12th, I ordered a package from Mail Processing Services. I did a check for the $160 fee. At this time, I have not yet received the shipment. I have sent them emails a few times, received one response from them on how long to receive shipment, and no response thereafter. I also requested a refund, still no response from Mail Processing Services at this time. On my statement, Mail Processing Services billed me twice for the $160 fee. There is a $5 cash fee finance charge for each time a payment is made. I only authorized Mail Processing Services one time processing. In total, Mail Processing Services owe me $330 in full. Mail Processing Services take my money, and not send me the package I ordered. I want a full refund. This matter has to be resolved about Mail Processing Services, mail processors wanted, home workers, envelope stuffing company for myself and for others. I would be greatly appreciated.
