This is how to get your money back. Mail the package back to them, certified mail. Keep the receipt. Call your State Attorney General office and the NY Attorney General. File a complaint with the BBB. It might take a couple of weeks but it is worth it. Make copies of the check they told you to keep and a copy of the certified mail receipt. You will get papers to fill out for your complaint. Send everything in. I got my letters from both Atty Generals stating they had contacted them and I should be getting a response soon. I got a letter today stating I was getting my money back. This is Majestics response in 1 part of the letter. "As we offer a 60 day refund policy, any consumer requesting same is refunded, no questions asked. Therefore, please note, a FULL refund was processed May 31 and funds should be credited to your account within 7 business days." I got my money 6/1/05/ I also threatened them with a lawsuit if I didnt get my money back. I hope you get your money back.
