Brought a 2004 Impala from this company. The salesman/owner was very flirthy and agreed to the sale. He advised me that the car was in good condition and that if they were any problems with the car, to simply bring it back and he would provide a loner car and fix the car. It was a Saturday when I drove off the lot. Monday morning the car completely broke and refused to move, I contacted James and he stated that he would come immediately to fix it. After 3 hours of waiting he showed up with his mechanic and a loner car.

The loner car had previously been at the lot when I had originally went on Saturday and was actually one of the cars that he attempted to sell me. I had advised him at the lot that Saturday that there was a major oil leak on the car and was advised by the mechanic that he knew and that he would fix it they however still brought me this car as a loner. I accepted the car because i needed assistance but was advised that it would be ok because my car would be ready the next day( tues). Immediately upon entering the car I noticed not only a horrible smell but also that the brake lights did not work which was clear to see because the light was on in the car.

James askd if I was going far because I should be ok. I advised him that it is against the law to ride with no brake lights and informed him that I would not be forced to ride in a car with no brake lights he stated that he would go and get the brake lights which took another hour of simply waiting for him to get back. The very next day the brake lights went out again and I immediately returned to the car light were I discovered not onlt was the light socket completely distroyed the was water and tissue inside the place were the light was connected to. I was at the dealership for another three hours and they still had not prepeared the car I brought nor attempted to fix the oil leak that was on the loner.

Every two days James would call and tell me that the car was ready and eavery time that I would get to the lot the car would be in multiple pieces and the mechanic who was completely inappropriate always speaking about his sexual escapades would advise it wasn't ready yet. After two weeks of this he calld the day of the payment and advised that the car was finally really ready. I advised that I would not make the payment on a car that I jad not had and he stated that was ok. I finally drove off in the Impala went 3 blocks down to the gas station and the car would not crank back up. I waited 25 minutes finally the car crank and while waiting I called James again and was advised to go back to the car lot because he didn't want me to get far and the car wouldn't start.

Once I made it back to the car lot I was advised by the mechanic Tima and the guys next door who work in a different mechanic shop that the car had been recalled. Jesse the guy next door advised me that it shouldn't be a problem unless the security light was coming on once he looked at it and saw that it was he stated that this car was part of the major GM recall that was causing many deaths for faulty ignition switches. They allowed me to keep the loner and called later on the same day and said the car was fine and I could come get it. I advised James that the car was dangerous but he stated they had fixed it within an hr. After contacting GM they stated that the car had to be brought back to a GM dealer and that it was no way that they had done so within 1HR. This car lot is a joke they are rude, vulgar, and unprofessional.
