Marcel Alexander Pivotal Processing Credit Card Processing fraud New York, New York
Pivotal Processing is a credit card processing entity that has taken large amounts of money from
merchant accounts without authorization. I was called by Marcel Alexander representing
Pivotal Processing offering very low Credit card processing for my small business. He called almost everyday
and had all the right answers to my questions - I came very close to sending in the application and canceled check for access to my merchant account. When I asked for a couple of long term customer references
he sent me 2 that he had signed up only weeks before. More importantly the e-mail was from Imperial
Merchants Services - no where was Pivotal Processing mentioned!? When I checked Pivotal's BBB
rating I got a huge list of complaints from numerous small businesses that had been ripped off by this
"company". Since then I have talked with 2 small business owners who had 10,000.00 removed from
their account, the other 14,000.00. They are boith now having to procure lawyers to try to get the STOLEN money back.
