I would give this place 0 stars if I could as well as many of the other reviews on yelp, and many others I have talked to that have heard of others with bad experiences. Please take my advice like I wish I would have researched before buying from here, and stay away at all costs. They use the bait and switch tactic to get people in (and they are images from their own website!), and then substitute with similar dresses that are nothing like the ones they say they have on stock on their website.

They are also dishonest and unethical by claiming they can sell brands that they are not contracted to sell. They listed Allure as a gown they carried, but they aren't even licensed to carry it. I gave them a list of the brands that daughter wanted to try out. They never mentioned that they didn't carry it, as they did on the website. The owner/manager Joanie is a piece of work, knows nothing about customer service and the importance of a satisfied and happy customer. She really needs to take some classes on business management to learn that word of mouth on unsatisfied guests goes 10 times farther than satisfied guests. She then had the nerve to threaten me with legal action when I told her I would be using word of mouth on this experience. Good luck with that, lady! Sometimes being right, stubborn and proving a point isn't as important as making a guest happy and giving good reviews.

Narcissism at its best. She is the most condescending, patronizing manager I have ever dealt with. I was amazed as the purchaser (the most important one, the one with the money) at how I was treated and talked to by her, oh the toxicity. We knew that we changed our minds on a dress and were ok with losing the deposit, but she actually legally threatened my poor college daughter and forced her to finish the remainder of the purchase of a dress that she didn't want or wear. She was adamant that she was right, she watched my daughter and she loved the dress. I guess she is a psychology major as well, thanks for telling others what she knows they are thinking. Everyone that I have told about her and this bridal store, knew of at least 1-2 other people that have had negative experiences with them as well. THAT is saying something! They treat the brides to be wonderfully.

They treat them like its a magic day, and then gauge them in the back after the trying on session is over and a problem happens. And they have to learn that it's the one with the MONEY they have to treat phenomenally as well. It sounds like others noticed what a gem the owner/manager is too reading from the other reviews. Be sure to check out yelp (ALL of the reviews, not just the recommended ones. They all have similiar things to say and awful things about this Joanie, owner/manager). Some things just don't change. Please avoid my ignorant mistake and avoid this place at all costs!!!
