Maria Duval deceptive practicing as a world renowned psychic she is a fraud Took my money never got anything in return Forest Hills New York
Ms. Duval contacted me by mail in early july. I was having personal problems, surely she found me on mailing list for astrology. Said she would mail me free report after sending in birth information.
I then received a followup letter asking for 63.00 to get
a complete Astral report. I sent it on August 6, 2003 with a check. Ms. Duval cashed my check on August 20, 2003.
I waited then received a letter a few days later asking for $30.00 to perform a series of seven seances. I charged this on my credit card. That same day about August 9, 2003 she sent me another letter requesting money for psychic aids which i would receive in the mail. So I again charged my credit card for $45.00. On approximately August 12,2003 I received yet another letter requesting $84.00 for two talisman crystals which would transform my life.
I never got the initial astral study. So on September 11, 2003 I cancelled the check for $84.00 and froze the credit card and stopped payment on the $45.00 and $30.00 for the other services which I never received!
I am still out the $63.00 for the astral study. I sent Ms. duval a certified letter, return receipt requested on September 12, 2003 requesting my report or a full refund within 10 business days of Sept. 11, 2003 or I would seek legal action.
I did this after finding fraudulent reports on the internet about her. I was having marital difficulties and this woman preyed on my vulnerability. I confided in her the most intimate details of my life.
I am seeking a class action lawsuit against this individual It is not just the money. I feel so betrayed and distraught that someone claiming to be a spiritualist/counselor could stoop to such a low level. She needs to be stopped immediately.
She is a common criminal!! I would like to solicit the

me stop this woman!!
