Mark had successfully completed a roofing hail damage claim for me and 2 relative's houses in 2013. When he showed up in 2016, I had no qualms in contracting(4-22-16) to reroof the house due to the hail damage from 3/17/2016.
I was not available to start the job right away due to having to go to Ohio to visit brother recovering from by-pass surgery. As soon as I returned(in May) I contacted Mark by phone to start the job. He explained he was busy in Wylie TX and could not start until 7 July 16, but would try to get it sooner.
He didn't start sooner and 7 July came and went. There have been inumerable reasons why he can't start the job including promises to start "tomorrow" but to no avail. I have told him that if he can't start, give me the deposit back. I'm giving until tomorrow for a return and will then go to see Ft.Worth's finest.
